"Dancing with the Stars" contestants old and new are making alliances as Jake Pavelka and Bristol Palin get together! While there is no word the two will tackle the dance floor together, Jake showed his support for the single mother by posting a pic of the two of them together via Twitter. "Bristol Palin and I," he wrote. "She is gearing up for the DWTS premier [sic] on Sept 20!"
